of Smart Development…
The founder of the “Smart Development” Franchise, Mrs. Christina Letsiou, is a special educator (master level) for preschool and school-age children as well as a recognized Adult Educator, registered with the Kozani Chamber of Commerce. At the same time, she has many years of experience in the field of education.
Her study entitled «Dramatic Art as a Means of Intercultural Education: An Empirical Research in a Kindergarten» was classified by the University of Thessaly in the «Grey Bibliography», which is included by UNESCO in the category of books that contain information important to researchers, because they are often original in nature, while a significant effort is being made worldwide to increase their accessibility. In addition, among others, she has participated in the “Womentors” program of the Lambrakis Foundation, under the auspices of the P.t.D., Mrs. Katerina Sakellaropoulou.
Her expertise in weighted tools related to special education is pioneering and multi-level. Her certification by the Interdisciplinary Center of Epirus as a sponsor of the MathPro-S Test is indicative. Finally, regarding her entrepreneurial skills, her participation in the Conference entitled “I Treat and I Entrepreneurship” is indicative.
Her vision is to create a network that is functional and efficient for the needs of students, with the aim of providing the most meaningful education possible, which is constantly evolving, just like the society that surrounds us. She works tirelessly towards this goal together with a team of experienced educators and therapists. Through the educational materials and the prevention and skills development programs that she oversees, she achieves her goals, which are based on the triptych of knowledge, skills, and attitudes.

Dear parents, colleagues and friends,
Welcome to the world of “Smart Development”. Our Study and Special Therapy Centers specialize in the study of school subjects with the aim of smoothly introducing children to additional skills that are necessary tools and supplies for their socialization. Also, special seminars for parents (parent groups) have the potential to forge a smooth relationship between parents, children and school.
Our Centers are staffed by personnel specialized in the individual and collective development of the child. We began our journey in 2012. Today, through our chain (Franchise), we operate stores in various parts of Attica and throughout the country. The spaces of our Centers are specially designed to offer comfort, flexibility and safety to each child.
In an era where growth and progress are going through critical developmental stages for which we all need help, our family and social environment, although willing to offer this help, most of the time has neither the time nor the knowledge to support this effort. The “Smart Development” Centers are here to fill this gap so that children can acquire the necessary resources to be successful in all areas of their lives (school, social, professional, friendly, etc.).
«All battles are won or lost before the child begins his systematic education at school.» The “Smart Development” Study and Special Therapy Centers provide all the educational material to build the foundations of success.
We do not forget that the family environment is a dynamic system that parents with the appropriate knowledge and guidance can give a great boost to every aspect of the child's life. That is why we are by your side with the parent groups. We operate with professionalism and respect for core values such as quality, innovation and reliability.
Social structures are changing rapidly and the barrage of information we receive often makes people hesitant to take the next step. We keep the “Smart Development” team armed to monitor the latest developments and research, filtering every new information and sorting it out with a critical eye. My personal vision is to attract as many children as possible under the umbrella of such a group, so as to equip them with the necessary supplies for their later lives.
Our goal is, through the services and programs provided by our Study and Special Therapy Centers, to have happy children, children with a smile, children who are self-sufficient and critical thinkers, who walk successfully in their lives and face with optimism and strength every difficulty that comes their way.
